Then you start with a measuring and weighing moment as it is called. How much do you weigh? What is your muscle mass? What is Fat Percentage? To make a good program, which really suits you and is based on your body, all these points are essential.
And then it comes! The 12 training sessions are scheduled. Of course on the days when it suits you best….. and the 30 days journey can now really begin! And during this period, your personal trainer is also your personal motivator. So you can ask him for help or information at any time. He is available 24/7 (okay almost 24/7) to answer all your questions. Your personal results are also looked at weekly by means of fat measurements and your training and eating schedule is adjusted if necessary. What else do you want?
