Gym House Rules at Sportclub Match.
We believe it's important that everyone can exercise safely in a pleasant environment at Sportclub Match. These house rules apply to everyone who enters the club.
Let's break it down:
Check-in is mandatory. To be able to exercise, you need a valid membership card or a day pass. Are we busy? Then place your card on the counter. If your membership has expired, please renew your subscription before you exercise.
- Always ensure good hygiene; use a deodorant and wear clean sports clothing.
- Wear clean indoor shoes in the gym.
- A piece of equipment is for training, not for sitting on to chat or make phone calls.
- After use, always tidy away weights, resistance bands, mats, etc. Do this carefully, so put weights down gently.
- Always use a clean towel to cover the part of the equipment that your body comes into contact with. Clean the equipment you have used after use. On the cardio machines, there is a spray bottle and a roll of paper hanging, which you can use.
- Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the gym.
- Playing sports is fun and sociable, chatting is fine, but try not to be a nuisance.
- Please do not make phone calls in the gym. Step outside if a call cannot wait.
- Please use the changing rooms. No clothing or bags in the gym.
- Are you going to get something to drink or eat at Thijs's. Lovely! In the restaurant, we'd like people to be refreshed and wearing clean sportswear. At the bar squash side, that's not necessary.
- If you're facing any issues or notice something is amiss, report it! Together we'll sort it out.
