On the 27th of each month, monthly subscriptions are collected via direct debit.
Cancellation of monthly subscription (fitness, seniors or group classes)
To ensure the cancellation process is smooth and transparent, the following conditions apply.
Notice period for existing members
If cancelled before the 22nd of the month:
The termination is effective at the end of the current calendar month. No further membership fees will be collected for the following month.
On termination on or after the 22nd of the month:
The contribution for the next month will be collected one more time. The subscription will then end at the end of that month.
Notice period for new members
The first month of the subscription is payable at the counter upon registration. A direct debit mandate form must be completed upon registration.
The initial subscription period runs from the effective date to the same date in the following month.
The first subscription period will always be aligned to a full calendar month on the next direct debit. Any remaining days until the end of that calendar month will be automatically collected, even if the subscription is cancelled within the first month.
After this first collection, the regular cancellation period as with existing members applies.
Cancellation methods
Cancellation can only be done via the cancellation form at the bottom of this page.
Cancelling or pausing your membership at the counter is not possible.
Refund
Refunds of subscription fees already paid are not possible.
