Are you a teacher looking for a pleasant, affordable space to give private or group lessons? Or are you looking for a room for dance rehearsals, courses or sports workshops? Our former squash court has been converted into a multi-purpose space and is very suitable for various activities. Are you new and coming on a regular basis (weekly/monthly)? Then the first 60 minutes are free.
Sportclub Match is located in the Nieuw Sloten district of Amsterdam Nieuw-West and is easily accessible by public transport (tram line 2). If you're travelling by car, you can park for free for 90 minutes in the blue zone, and parking is free everywhere after 7 PM.

What kind of space is Studio 7 and where is it located?
Studio 7 is a former squash court that has been converted into a multi-purpose training room. The hall is located in Sportclub Match in Nieuw Sloten (Amsterdam NieuwWest). The venue is easily accessible by tram line 2 and there are 90 minutes of free parking in the blue zone around the complex.
What activities is the space suitable for?
The space is designed for a variety of sporting and creative activities. You can, among other things, host salsa and Bollywood dance classes, provide breakdance and ballet lessons, rehearse dance routines and choreographies, or organise yoga, pilates, and Zumba classes. The hall is also suitable for other sporting or creative workshops.
What facilities are available?
Studio 7 features a sprung wooden dance floor with a ballet barre and large mirrors. Yoga mats, dumbbells, and resistance bands are available, and there is a music system that can be connected via Bluetooth. The club has changing rooms with lockers and showers for before and after your class.
How big is the space and how many people can fit in it?
The room measures approximately 9.75m by 6.40m with a ceiling height of 6 metres. For activities requiring ample space to move around, we recommend a maximum group size of around 20 people.
What are the opening hours and how much does it cost to rent?
The space is available daily from 09:00 to 22:00. The rental price starts from €20 per hour, with subsequent charges per 30 minutes. Rates may be reviewed annually in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Are there any additional services or special rates?
Yes. There are catering facilities available to eat or drink something before or after the lesson, and you can make use of hospitable guidance if desired. Special rates apply for social institutions, foundations and associations. Please contact us for a tailored quote using the form.
How can I reserve the space?

Can I rent the space on a regular basis for classes?
That's possible. Sportclub Match rents out parts of the building, including Studio 7, for both occasional and long-term use. Independent instructors (freelancers) and institutions can rent on a fixed basis. However, specific rates and a cooperation agreement will apply; rates are indexed annually and the cooperation can be adjusted with a notice period of one month.
What are the house rules and responsibilities of tenants?
When using Studio 7, you must adhere to the house rules of Sportclub Match. You are responsible for the careful use of the room; any damage or injury is at the risk of the renter or user. Independent instructors must have a valid liability insurance.
What about cancellations or changes to a booking?
Our general terms and conditions include provisions for changing or terminating the cooperation. Sportclub Match reserves the right to change the availability of a room or to terminate a cooperation with one month's notice, unless otherwise agreed. Do you wish to change or cancel a booking? Please contact us as soon as possible; we will then discuss the options and any associated costs.
Are there parking facilities and how do I get there by public transport?
Sportclub Match is located in Nieuw Sloten at Sint Gilleshof 5 (postcode 1066 PZ). You can reach us easily with tram line 2. By car, you can park for free for 90 minutes in the immediate vicinity in the blue zone.
