At Bootcamp for Seniors, the emphasis is on improving strength, balance, stability, and coordination, with exercises (in pairs) that can always be adapted to your personal level.
Features of Bootcamp 55+
Customised Intensity: the training is less strenuous than a regular bootcamp and suitable for various levels of mobility and fitness.
Individual support: personal wishes and any physical ailments are taken into account.
Focus on daily skills: great emphasis on stability, coordination, flexibility and strength – which helps with everyday movements such as standing up, bending down and walking.
Work in pairs: for leg stability and strength. Collaborate on balance exercises, such as supporting each other during standing exercises.
Cosy and social atmosphere: after the class, there's often time for a cup of coffee or tea and a friendly chat.
Safe and supportive: no competition, but attention to personal progress in a relaxed environment.
Bootcamp 55+ is suitable for: * Anyone aged 55 and over who wants to get fitter and healthier. * People who haven't exercised in a while and want to ease back into it. * Those who enjoy group activities and working out with others. * Individuals looking to improve their strength, balance, and cardiovascular health. * Anyone who wants to meet new people and be part of a supportive community.

Seniors (50/55+) who want to stay fit, vital, and mobile.
Training indoors, sometimes outdoors
The Bootcamp 55+ trainings take place indoors, but when the weather is nice, we like to head outside for a refreshing outdoor training. This way, you get the best of both worlds.

From 10:00 to 11:00 at Sportclub Match, St. Gilleshof 5, Amsterdam
Costs
£34 per month (1x per week)
With coffee or tea after class €44,-
Single lesson £10.50
Would you like to train more often? For an extra €24 per month, you can also participate in other group classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, or Senior Fitness, or use the fitness room.
All subscriptions can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
Registration costs a one-off €19.50 (please bring a passport photo).
The Stadspas is accepted.
