Can I pause my squash membership in the meantime?

If you have a monthly subscription and are away for more than two weeks, you can pause your subscription free of charge twice per year. Please complete the form below to request a pause. Pausing is only possible in advance and must be requested at least four days prior due to administrative processing. Your subscription will be extended by the duration of the pause (minus any four-day period).

The Match squash monthly subscriptions are valid for exactly one month and, after payment of the first month (usually at the till), are synchronised with the last day of the following month. After this, a subscription runs from the first to the last day of a calendar month. Direct debit payments are taken each month between the 25th and the 29th of the month.

Sabbaticals can be taken 3 times per year with a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 months.

6 and 12-month squash memberships do not have a pause option.

To be able to pause your membership, please complete the form below in full.

Once received and approved, the pause will commence. You will receive confirmation of this. Your membership will be automatically reactivated after the end date of the pause (this date cannot be changed). The contract period will be extended by the duration of the approved pause. In the event of overdue payments, the pause will be cancelled.

Please note! Pausing cannot be done retrospectively and takes 4 days to take effect due to administrative processing time.
