Squash changes
Dear squash players,
Firstly, it's great that you've chosen to play squash at Match. We're very happy about that.
Due to the energy crisis and general inflation, we are also forced to increase our prices. The booking rules are also being tightened. And courts 4 to 7 will become our Match member courts. On Sundays, that will be courts 3 to 7. Exception for PLUS subscribers 90 minutes. For them, an unused reservation of 45 minutes applies twice a day. Tip: With every subscription, after checking in once, you can make a new reservation for the same day.
Prices
The price increases will take effect after an existing subscription expires. So, if you are a member until, for example, 30 October, the price change will take effect upon renewal. Please find the new price list attached. Click here and look on our website.
Reservation rules
A player can only make one unplayed reservation per day for which you have not yet checked in. Once you have checked in, you can still make a reservation if there is availability.
Members and passers-by
From this week, there will be 4 member courts (4 to 7) available during peak hours. This means that as a subscription holder, you can play on one of these 4 courts. If these 4 courts are full, you can still book a court as a non-member, which will incur a charge. Non-members can book the other courts for a fee. Club credit is available for both members and non-members. Tip: if you are a member and are going to play squash with a non-member, book a member's court so that you make use of your subscription.
All subscribers, please check in at the desk with your card before playing squash from now on.
Have you lost your pass? It might be in our lost and found box. Our staff will gladly check for you.
Renew subscription? Did you know you can easily renew it via the I-reservations app or go to https://match.baanreserveren.nl/ . That saves time at the counter.
If you are not satisfied with the changes and wish to cancel, please email us for a refund for the remaining time of your squash membership. Of course, we hope this is not the case.
We realise that these changes are quite drastic and abrupt. This is a transitional phase and we are looking for a good modus operandi for all players and for Match. Our aim is to be able to let everyone squash whenever they want. Please let us know by email what issues you are encountering.
