Group class BUILD MUSCLE every Monday (max 6 people)
The group class BUILD MUSCLE takes place every Monday from 12:00 to 13:00 (maximum 6 people). Our athletic small group class is designed to both build muscle and increase strength. By utilising weighted performance exercises, we ensure a lot of focus on form, muscle activation, and tempo to maximise every set. The class is led by personal trainers. Let's build!
Group class SHRED-GO every Saturday (max 6 people)
The SHRED-GO group class takes place every Saturday from 12:00 to 13:00 (maximum 6 people). It is a 45-minute fat-burning workout that combines cardio with explosive movements and weights.
Group class BOOTY-GO every Wednesday (max 6 people)
The BOOTY-GO group class takes place every Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (maximum 6 people). It's a real bad-ass workout. During this 50-minute workout, you'll be introduced to the best BUILD booty exercises/workouts with weights for the ultimate booty-building experience.
Group class SALSA FIT every Saturday (max 8 people)
The SALSA-FIT group class takes place every Saturday from 11:00 to 12:00 (maximum 8 people). Salsa Fit is an energetic class and an exotic cardio dance workout to hip, swinging salsa music! It's an individual salsa workout for everyone at any dance level and a fun way to get your weekly dose of exercise. You'll learn salsa steps such as the Mambo, Cumbia, Suzy Q, and many more. With Salsa Fit, you'll burn at least 400 kcal! Come dance and let those hips swing (individual class, no partner needed).
Group Zumba Gold Class
Every Friday from 10-11 am. The Zumba Gold dance class is at a gentle pace with easy steps.
Do you want to build up your fitness? Are you recovering? Or do you want to calmly learn the basic steps of Zumba? Then Zumba Gold is for you!
Group Zumba Strong Class
Every Friday from 11 am to 12 pm. Strong by Zumba is a HIIT workout like Bootcamp but set to music. Strong is Zumba's high-intensity interval training.
